Infomedics
Our invoices are processed by Infomedics. If possible, (part of) your bill will be declared directly to your health insurance company. You will receive the remaining amount by mail within about two weeks after treatment.
For questions about your reimbursement, contact your health insurance company. For other questions about your bill, please contact Infomedics at www.infomedics.nl or by phone at 036 – 20 31 900.
Pay with Debit
You can also pay your bill directly after the treatment with PIN. We prefer PIN payments for amounts up to €150, but higher amounts are of course also possible. With PIN payment you will receive an invoice immediately which you can submit to your health insurance company.
Payment scheme
Infomedics maintains a payment term of 30 days. Is it not possible to pay on time? Please contact the Infomedics Servicedesk as soon as possible to make payment arrangements.
Please note: If your account is turned over to a collection agency, you must pay future treatments immediately by PIN.
Rates
Rates for dental treatments are set nationwide by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa). This means that every dentist in the Netherlands charges the same rates for the same treatments.

Complaints
We make every effort to provide you with the best possible care and ensure a pleasant experience at our practice. However, should you still be dissatisfied with something, we invite you to discuss it with us. We are open to your feedback and are happy to work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Are you unable to reach an agreement with us? Then you can contact the KNMT Complaints services. They provide independent mediation and guidance for complaints about dental care.
